JMC 1.0 has 5 levels of security and access control; this standard
was developed to give greater organizational control and facilitates
the secure access and control of data. |
Main features: |

Administration
Control |
- This provides
the highest level of access to the data. Administrators can change,
reset, enter and delete and unlock information within the database.

Management Control |
- Is segregated
into 5 Subcategory's; Sales, Ocean Import, Ocean Export, Air import
and Export and Accounting Management. Each department key will
only have the ability to edit only their department's data. The
department managers will have the ability to read all data.

User Level Access |
- This access
level is more controlled and allows users access only to the information
needed to perform their work duties.

Oversea Agents |
- JMC 1.0 was
designed to improve the transfer of data and information between
oversea agents and out of state associates. Some of the features
that Agents can interact with are Bookings, HBL, MBL and Credit
Note, Pre-Alert, HBL and Master Set.

Customer Access via My Cargo™ |
- This powerful
customer service and support feature allows customers the ability
to check transaction information and shipping history profile.
Not only will you customer have access to a real time cargo tracing
ability they may also check their Bookings, HBL, Arrival Notice,
Authority to Make Entry, Delivery Order and Invoice.
