Here are the 5 main functions of the Warehouse Manager that makes
warehouse administration easy and convenient. The user-friendly interface
allows you to navigate from one feature to the other in one click:

1. Client |
- Add New Client

| The
Client function allows the user to add new clients, look up clients,
or list clients from the database. It automatically generates a new
client number every time a new client is added. |
2. SKU/Receive
|
- Add New SKU
- Add Inventory
- Look for
a SKU/Receive Date
- List SKU
by SKU Number

The SKU/Receive
function makes it simple to add and search for SKU in the database.
It generates reports listing SKU and SKU Number, and allows you
to add new inventory. The function contains the field FIFO (first-in,
first-out).
Users can also
print out a report of all shortages, over-supplied or damaged items
to clients by choosing the receive date and condition of the items
reported. This informs the client of all the items listed above
on the date and quantities listed below that was damaged, short,
or over-supplied when it got to the warehouse.

| Inventory Reports
is a special function that allows the user to list a report numerically
by the client number, location, or by SKU number. It keeps track of
customer's inventory in the warehouse. It also lists out all detailed
transactions such as date received, quantity picked, and each product's
quantity on hand for each customer. |
